I liked Egypt so much and in my opinion Movenpick Hotel is laxury hotel and all the staff is professional especially Mr/shemy , Ms/Maya ,Ms/Nardeen from front office they were very friendly and helpful.

My stay was in room 10112 ,My stay was wonderful. I have extended my stay three times because of my love for this place. At first, Nardeen gave me a wonderful greeting from guest relations . You have helped me a lot since the first time I entered this place. She helped me with my reservation because I couldn't stand at the front desk because I was sick, and I completed my reservation through her. She went with me to the room and gave me the room which I loved. It overlooked the pool and was very clean. Whenever I asked her for anything, she would do it for me. She brought me room service to clean my room every day. She brought me some fruits and sweets, and decorated the room for me. She took me from the room to the car outside every day, and when I wanted breakfast she sent it to my room. There was comfort in this hotel, so I extended my reservation more than once. And of course, thanks to all the reception staff, especially El Shemy , who helped me with my reservation when I extended my reservation. He is a very nice person. The hotel is wonderful in every way. I did not feel for a moment that I was being harassed, this hotel was a huge factor in my recovery from my illness. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, especially Nardeen , because even now she talks to me even when I left and checks if everything is okay ♥

Maya, Adel and Elshemi at the front desk were very helpful when I had to checkout for one day to go to Alexandria and return the following day. Thank you for your service, much appreciated! I really like the food in the restaurant, very high quality at a reasonable price. I didn't eat breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Very pleasantly surprised. Smooth and easy check in even though the booking was fairly last minute. An INCREDIBLY mewl at Oishi! Some of the best Asian food I’ve ever come across with attentive service. House keeping and room service very fast as responsive to small requests. Front of house wonderful especially Meya! Highly recommended and will most definitely return.

The front desk service at this hotel was top-notch! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. I recently visited the Movenpick for business. This is the second time I have been here in the past 3 months. The quality is improving. Some of the rooms close to the pool have been a little tired but the hotel has a program in place to update all of them. This has already started. I mentioned this view to the staff at the time and they gave me great feedback on the plans for the re-furbishment of the hotel. The rooms in the main building are excellent and I cannot find any faults. They looklike they have been renovated recently and are quite, spacious and well fitted out. The showers are big and the water pressure and temperature if great. I had the shower on 30% power and 20% temperature and it was perfect. There is a great gym. Very big with lots of free weights as well as an array of machines. The sauna is good but an extra charge. I can recommend the massage. With the exchange rate it was very cheap and really excellent quality. The girl really was good at her job. Food is excellent also. Very busy restaurant at breakfast while all the tourists get ready before their day trips. But before and after - nice and relaxed. Great omelette station. Great selection. of local and European foods. Dinner is also good with a number of different restaurants offering different choices in foods. The Movepick burger is amazing. The Asian restaurant is also re-furbished and looks like a swish London restaurant. The pools are kept clean. One is heated and one is not. There are very few hotel visitors using the pools. Each day there were just a handful. Good food and drinks served at the pool. Considering where the hotel is located (close to a main road), it is strange that inside the compound it is like an oasis, so quiet and beautifully maintained. Wifi was very good all over the hotel except for some parts of the pool area. Air conditioning was very cold. I can imaging a god send in the hot summer months Staff were 100% very attentive. Mövenpick Hotel is always the best in everything. My stay exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with it and I think I will come back again because of my love for this place. Special thanks to Ms. Nardeen, Mr. Shimy ,Ms. Maya and Mr. Adel for the wonderful reception. They were friendly and kind to us and I am happy to meet them.

Thanks for this wonderful stay. I loved the place and the room. Everything is beautiful in this hotel. I wish I could live there forever. The reason for all this is Mr.Mohamed El Shimy from the Reception and Ms. Nardeen from Guest Relations They were very friendly and a special thanks for them.

Everything is done perfectly in this hotel. The place is so grand and luxurious, the food was good and so many varieties and cuisines you could choose from. the staff members were very friendly and nice, always smiling and professional. and special special special thanks to Adel for making sure I get the perfect room for my stay he was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely my favorite hotel in Cairo. Will make this visit a monthly habit.
